    No. Your verified skills profile is the record. If you upload a résumé, it is only used to pre-fill your declared skills — it is never stored or shown to employers as your record.

    Yes. Creating your profile, taking the assessment, and applying are free forever. Candidate Premium is an optional upgrade for coaching tools like mock interviews and profile reviews.
    How does anonymous applying work?
