Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my candidate limit on Free?
Once you reach 50 candidates in a month, new applications are queued until the next billing cycle — or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited candidates.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans can be annual with a discount.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro for verified startups (under 20 employees) and qualified nonprofits. Contact sales to apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and wire transfers for Enterprise plans.
